We run our practices with the care of our pets at the forefront of our mind and cherish our independent status as a means to always make the decision we feel is right to provide the best service we can, without outside interference.

You can see this in our Lifetime Care Club, which we’ve specifically designed to provide the highest level of care to our patients, including the unique offering of unlimited free consults with our vets and nurses for members of our Ultimate plan.

With our central hub in Cockermouth we are proud to provide our own 24 hour emergency care. We have branches in Workington, Keswick, Aspatria, Maryport and Egremont all providing friendly, top quality care to pets in the community

Every member of our team is encouraged to constantly improve their skills through training and professional development. We have vets with certificates and training in areas such as cardiology, exotic animal medicine, complex surgeries and behaviour.

We are a founding member of XLVets, a collaborative group of over 60 strongly independent veterinary practices who like to say that we report to only one boss: the animal in front of us.
