Anne-Marie joined the team in 2019 and has loved the variety that comes with each day of meeting our patients and clients. She is interested in pet nutrition and enjoys learning and expanding her knowledge. She has three border collies at home – Olly, Finn and Ted – as well as George and Henry the characterful mini lop rabbits. Outside of work she enjoys weekend trips to Scotland, listening to live music and going out for food.

Becky has been a key part of the team since 2013 and loves the variety of the role, with a particular interest in learning about the nutritional aspect of pet diets. She has two cats – officially called Molly and Eva but more often Grumpy and Fatty! In her spare time she enjoys relaxing by gaming on her PC, as well as a good book.
Megan Stamper
Receptionist
Megan has really enjoyed getting to know our clients and patients since joining the team in 2022, and is particularly interested in the farm side of our practice as she grew up on a farm herself. At home she has four dogs, three working collies called Jill, Skye and Floss, as well as Gem the springer spaniel. She loves starting the day with a gym session, as well as walks with the dogs and helping out on the farm.
Hayley Hunter
Receptionist
Hayley has loved meeting all of our clients and hearing stories about their pets ever since she joined the team in 2019. She loves learning about all aspects of animal care and is keen to train as a nurse in the future. At home she has a cocker spaniel called Willow who loves to snuggle on the sofa. She loves spending time with family and going out for food and cocktails with friends.
Hannah Fawkes

Hannah joined the team in 2023 and is enjoying the opportunity to learn new things and work in such a positive environment. At home she has two dogs, Marlo and Millie, as well as Tigger and Tia the cats. She loves spending time with family and friends, going on walks and playing football.
Laura Nixon
Receptionist
Laura has been part of the team since 2015 and loves everything about the job, from the clients and patients, to her colleagues to the learning opportunities from assisting our vets. She hobby farms and has over 500 sheep, as well as two cows and two Shetland ponies. She also has a French bulldog called Vivienne and four farm collies: Skye, Tia, Chase and Fern. Outside of work and the farm she enjoys live music and going to the gym.
Louise Atkinson
Receptionist
Louise has been with the team since 2022 and has enjoyed every day of the role, meeting our patients and clients and working alongside such lovely colleagues. At home she has two collies: Zak, who is a handsome diva, and Dan, who is adorably stupid and lives to love. Her hobbies include exploring the Greek islands alongside her husband, pottering in the garden and going to live music.
Michelle Pae
Receptionist
Michelle joined the team in 2022 and loves meeting all of our clients and their pets – many of whom she met before she started working at Millcroft! She loves that there’s always so much to learn. At home she has four cats: Nova, Lily, Oreo and Belle. She likes spending time with family and friends, and especially going to concerts with her teenage daughter.
Rachel De Villiers
Receptionist
Rachel has been with the team since 2019 and enjoys getting to know all of our local clients – as well as holidaymakers in Keswick, many of whom can end up in our practice with their dogs for one reason or another! She has a cat called Weed who she rehomed from our practice at just four weeks old. She loves getting out on the fells and world with the British Trust for Ornithology monitoring migrating wild bird populations.
Siobhan Brennan

Siobhan joined team Millcroft in 2020 and loves meeting all of our patients as well as working alongside such lovely colleagues. She has two pets of her own: Bongo the Jack Russell and a cat called Charlie. She is a keen nature and bird spotter and enjoys visiting nature reserves, as well as walking and watching football.
Tracey Taylor
Receptionist
Tracey joined the team in 2008 and loves chatting to all of our clients and meeting their pets. She has a particular interest in nutrition and is always up for a good chat about pet food. She has a horse called Sasha and two Siamese cats, Buffy and Tilly. In her spare time she loves getting out in our beautiful countryside, walking and on her bike.
Hannah Loughnane
Receptionist
Hannah joined the team and loves working with all of our lovely clients and their pets. She’s also fascinated by the wildlife that gets brought into practice, and as a marine mammal medic with British Divers Marine Life Rescue has helped save three seal pups and two porpoises in our practice! At home she has two cats, Astrid and Aurora, and has previously had snakes, macaws, geckos, chickens, ducks and iguanas.
Suzanne Moffatt

Suzanne loves getting to know our clients and patients – and she’s met a lot of them since joining us in 2007! She has an interest in dog behaviour and has completed qualifications in canine studies. Outside of work she enjoys walking and running, and loves going out to eat good food.
Leanne Whitham

Leanne has loved meeting all of our lovely patients since joining in 2023, especially our exotic friends, as she has a background working with these species. At home she has two dogs, Benjen the golden retriever cross and Flynn the border terrier. She loves getting out with the dogs exploring the fells and is kept busy at home with her two young children.
Vanessa Roberts
Receptionist
Vanessa joined Millcroft in 2023 and slotted straight in with our welcoming and friendly team. She is a farmer and has lots of animals at home, and she is helped in taking care of them by Ted, her intelligent border collie. Outside of our practice she is a trained nail technician and organises young farmers events. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends and long walks in the countryside.
Claire Ivill
Receptionist
Claire Joined the team in 2023 and loves meeting everyone's furry family members.
Claire has an interest in senior pet healthcare. At home Claire has two rescue cats called Eric and Betty. Eric is getting older now so he doesn't race around as much as Betty, but he likes to keep a close eye on what she is up to - usually mischief!
Outside of work, running is something Claire always finds time for, It helps her switch off. Any health benefits from this are cancelled out by Claires' love of ice cream.
Amy Rossington
Veterinary Receptionist
Amy joined the team in 2024. She relocated to the area in 2021, but had been working at a practice in Lincolnshire since 2009, first as a receptionist, kennel assistant, and finally qualified as an RVN in 2019. She enjoys being the first point of contact for many clients and dealing with any queries they may have, and has a special interest in nutrition and senior health care. Outside of work, Amy enjoys walking with her two golden retrievers- Amber and Cooper. She also has 3 cats- Winnie, Jess & Holly- at home
Laura Le Jeune
Veterinary Receptionist
Laura Le Jeune joined the Reception team in 2024.
Laura has a rescue cat called Tasha which she has just recently adopted.
Laura enjoys art and has tried her hand at a few different mediums, e.g. painting, felting, crochet, sculpture, etc. Laura also enjoys horticulture, a passion that was furthered by her time spent working in a garden centre. Laura has a lot of house plants (too many to count) and enjoys spending time in the garden.
Laura feels most at home at the beach, no matter the weather. Rain, sunshine, or blowing a gale, it all has its charm.
